Dialogue Between Health Providers and African Community Members

What are the frustrations you experience when you serve African community members?

African partnership for Health is hosting a forum for African community members and health care providers to come together and exchange ideas about receiving and providing care.  This gathering will bring forth different views and personal experiences, and deepen the discussion through community dialogue.

When:  Sunday, February 12, 2011 

Time:  4:00PM-6:30PM

Location: Lutheran Community Servicers   605 SE Cesar E Chavez Blvd, Portland OR

Cost:  Free, African food will be provided
