Course description:        Students will work directly with community organizations to analyze problems, design responses and implement solutions. Course may be repeated for credit. Open to non-majors

 Extended description:     This project continues work with CristieCare of Oregon and YouthVillages, which began in Interior Design Studios 7 and 8.  Students will design and create a surface treatment to improve the quality of life for residents.  ChristieCare will install the work.


Program Outcomes:       Through making, students will understand the impact of interior design in transforming an environment, and improving the quality of life for occupants.
